Indiefit.com is a registered business entity based in Hong Kong and we have our logistics center located in Singapore. While most of the Internet-based fashion retailers put their logistics center in North America, we preferred Singapore for its world-class delivery capability and capacity. Moreover, most of our factories are located in Asia and the choice of Singapore helps to cut cost on delivery for our customers.

Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. indiefit.com reserves the right, at sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. While indiefit.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. indiefit.com cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, indiefit.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. Pricing in Different Currencies
Pricing of products sold by indiefit.com is based upon figures calculated in U.S. Dollars (US$). Prices displayed in other currencies are converted from U.S. Dollars according to the most up to date conversion rates. Due to fluctuating currency values, prices displayed in non-U.S. denominations of currency on the Site, other than on the individual product page, may not be the most current. Areas of the Site where non-U.S. denominations of currency might be inaccurate include, but are not limited to, promotional banners, promotional pages, and information on product category pages. Arbitration
Where the parties fail to settle dispute within 30 days after such dispute occurs, they agree to submit such dispute to Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (the "HKIAC") for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the Commission's arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral awards are final and binding upon both parties.

What personally identifiable information is collected and how is it used?

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?

Once your order is placed, we will either pull your dress from our inventory or a indiefit employee will call the designer directly to order your dress. Most of the time, the dress you select will ship within 2-4 business day (in stock / not including weekends) and will arrive according to your shipping selection. However, there are some exceptions. Please read the Shipping Info to learn more.

• Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15-30 days for Brazil and 10-15 days for all other destinations in Latin America.
• Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
• It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

WHAT IS ITEM PROCESSING TIME?
After the receiving of your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately 4 business days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take up to 5-10 business days to process.

Return Policy
You ask, we listen! Thanks for the feedback you sent to us and we now accept returns for refund! It's important to us that you love your purchase and we are more than happy to exceed your expectations. WE OFFER RETURNS FOR REFUND ON MOST ITEMS*.
PLEASE NOTE
You must request a return authorization number from us within 30 days after receiving your order. It can take 5-10 business days to process your refund once we receive your return.
If the exchange items are needed urgently due to an upcoming event, be sure to let us know and we will provide you with alternative options!
Returnable conditions: Keep items in a good condition, unwashed and undamaged. All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Any return or exchange will be only valid when it is accepted by our customer service center. Any item is returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and no credit of any kind will be issued.
RUFUNDS
We offer refunds on all products unless the product is marked Final Sale or Special Order. All returns for refunds are subject to a 10% stocking fee. Restocking fees are deducted from your final refund amount. Please keep in mind you are responsible for the return shipping cost. In the event your package is damaged during shipping, let us know right away so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will either ship you a replacement or issue a refund after the claim is granted.

Return Policy (custom made dresses)

Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure that the dress that we made meets your requirement. Try your dress on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.

1) All our dresses are tailored by experienced professionals and hand-made accordingly. Each dress goes through quality-inspection four times before being shipped out to minimize such problems from arising. Because each dress is hand-made, there will be at most a 5% difference between the product picture and the product you receive.

2) indiefit accepts a partial or complete refund for the item that has problem due to our carelessness. That means we cannot warrant a refund if the problem of the item is not caused by indiefit.

Specific Policies for Our Items

Color

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on indiefit. Slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective or mis-shipped. And the pictures in the page are only for reference, the color can not be 100% the same, we can only assure 90% similarity with the models. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please provide the photos as a proof and contact us to ask for a full refund or dress exchange.

Size

As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and customized, the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will fit you perfectly, our tailors have reserved additional fabric in the seams to allow minor modifications.

1) Size Deviation

If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of the product price in tailoring costs. 2) Dress is the size you ordered but does not fit

Please understand that dresses that do not fit properly but in accordance with the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. You can go to a local tailor or a professional seamstress to have the dress re-sized at your own cost: Please note that if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, re-sizing may not be possible.

Return not accepted if:

  1. Washed or worn items, or items that have been damaged by your usage.
  2. Items lacking original labels, price tags and packaging.
  3. Items lacking accessories that were sold together with the original product.
  4. Gift with purchase that do not have quality issues.
  5. Merchandise that exceeded the returns timeframe.
  6. No returns and no exchanges for personalized items.
  7. No returns and no exchanges for perishables, earrings (including jewelry sets containing earrings), and personal care items (including bra, etc) due to hygienic reasons.

Time Frame

Products with quality-related issues may be returned for a refund by contacting us within 7 days after receiving your order.

Please understand us, all of our dresses are high quality handmade, and have no dresses in store. So if you return the dress, it would be useless, and can never be sold again.

Order Cancellation

We understand that it is a very important undertaking to order a dress for your special occasion, and our cancellation policy was formulated with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order. Once the tailoring process has begun, the materials cannot be reused.
